Cloth Scraps Fuel Rod
1. BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Cloth scraps fuel rod, with its high calorific value, stable combustion, easy transportation, easy storage, low secondary pollution and low emissions of dioxins, is widely used in drying engineering, cement manufacturing, heating engineering and power generation engineering.
The characteristics of the RDF
1) corrosion
The moisture content of RDF is 10%, and some calcium compound additives are added in the manufacturing process, which has good anticorrosion properties. There is no problem in indoor storage for 1 year, and it will not be crushed because of moisture absorption.
2) combustibility
The calorific value is high, the calorific value is 14600-21000kJ/kg, and the shape is consistent and uniform, which is conducive to stable combustion and improve efficiency. It can be burned alone, or mixed with coal and wood chips. It burns and generates electricity more efficiently than garbage stations.
3)Environmental Protection
For the cargo we worked on, due to the raw materials only the scraps from garment factories, the single raw materials to prevent the production of chloride gas, smoke and dioxins and other pollutants emissions, is beneficial to the treatment of ash curing.
4)operational
Generally packed in 500kg bags and transported by truck, With convenient management.
5)TO USE
As a fuel, it is similar to low quality coal. It was also reported that when RDF was used as fuel for cement rotary kilns in Kawnoda Cement Plant in Japan, its higher ash content also became a useful raw material and began to be promoted in other cement plants.
